Bonneyville Mill, the oldest continuously operating water-powered gristmill in Indiana opened for the 2015 season on Friday, May 1, 2015. The Mill will be open Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., May through October.
Established in the mid-1830’s, Bonneyville Mill continues to produce stone ground flour the old fashioned way by harnessing the power of water. You will experience the feel of massive millstones vibrating under your feet and hear the rushing water as it powers the mill.
While you are there, take a stroll along a woodland trail, enjoy a picnic under the cool of a shade tree or simply relax in the surrounding beauty of Bonneyville Mill County Park.
Before leaving, “Get on the GRAIN TRAIN” and purchase some 100% whole grain Bonneyville Mill flour and meal products. Fuel up your body with the natural goodness of 100% whole grain.
Bonneyville Mill County Park is located two and one-half miles southeast of Bristol, Indiana on County Road 131, south of State Road 120.
