The HUGS Project in Elkhart, IN  considers it an honor to be able to help some of America’s finest men and women serving in our Military. Our hope is that every American citizen serving in the Middle East can receive a “hug from home”. The HUGS cooling neck ties are easy to make and our troops in the “sandbox” love them, along with all the goodies we send them.  The Lavender Patch Fabric and Quilts is partnering with us in promoting our first quilt raffle with all proceeds going to The HUGS Project of Elkhart.  The queen size quilt will be raffled off Memorial Day weekend.  Raffle tickets can be purchased at Lavender Patch Fabric & Quilts, six for $5.00 or $1.00 per ticket.  (Photo by Amber Raeder)
