The 2009 Citizen of the Year award was presented to Toni Miller (left) by Andrea Badke (right) during the Bristol Homecoming on Thursday, July 9, 2009. Andrea nominated Toni for her years of dedication and volunteerism to local organizations including the Boys and Girls Club, Homecoming Committee and other church and local youth organizations.
